Scholarship Policies – Ingenious International Hospitality, Tourism & Management
1. Eligibility Criteria
Open to all newly admitted students enrolling in any diploma or degree program in hospitality, tourism, and management.
Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance (e.g., GPA ≥ X), leadership skills, and involvement in extracurricular or community activities.
Must not hold any other full scholarship or tuition waiver during the award period.
2. Scholarship Coverage
Awards may include:
Partial or full tuition fee waiver,
Contribution towards accommodation or study materials,
Health and accident insurance coverage (if applicable).
The exact benefit will be clearly stated in each scholarship announcement, similar to packages covering tuition + insurance + resources in comparable hospitality awards.
3. Application Process
Complete the official Scholarship Application Form.
Attach required documents:
Academic transcripts and certificates,
Proof of leadership, community service, or extracurricular achievements,
Valid ID/passport,
Financial statements (if applying based on need).
Submit the application by the specified deadline via apply@2ihtm.com.
4. Selection & Awarding
Applications are reviewed by a Scholarship Committee.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview or asked to provide additional documentation.
Final awardees will be notified by email within X weeks after the submission deadline.
5. Conditions & Requirements
Recipients must:
Maintain a minimum GPA (e.g., 3.0/4.0) each semester,
Abide by academic conduct and behavioral standards,
Where applicable, complete a minimum number of community service or industry hours per semester.
Failure to satisfy these conditions may result in scholarship suspension or withdrawal.
6. Renewal Policy
Scholarships are awarded on a yearly basis.
Automatic renewal is subject to:
Continued academic excellence,
Full compliance with behavioral and service requirements,
Availability of funding.
7. Disbursement of Funds
Tuition waivers are automatically applied to the student’s account.
Other benefits (e.g., materials stipend, insurance) may be reimbursed or credited per policy.
8. Termination or Withdrawal
Scholarships may be revoked if a recipient:
Fails to maintain the required GPA,
Is found to have engaged in academic dishonesty or misconduct,
Withdraws from their program,
Cannot continue due to visa issues.
Ingenuity International reserves the right to modify or cancel scholarships at its discretion.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
Personal and academic information provided during the scholarship process is used solely for evaluation and award purposes.
Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.
Students can inquire about their data or request corrections by contacting the scholarship office.
10. Disclaimers
Awarding is subject to the availability of funds and final committee approval.
Receipt of a scholarship does not imply employment or career placement guarantees.
