Refund Eligibility

Only the first installment of the scholarship fee (USD 1,000) is eligible for a refund.

A refund can only be requested within 14 days from the date of payment.
After this 14-day period, no refund requests will be accepted for any installment or full payments made.
⏳ Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 60 days (2 months) from the date the refund request is received and confirmed by our finance team.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment originally used by the applicant, unless otherwise agreed.
💳 Transaction Fees

Please note that transaction and processing fees (bank charges, transfer costs, or currency conversion) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The final amount received may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.

Our support team will acknowledge your request and guide you through the verification process.

Refunds are not applicable for the second or third installment payments.

Students who choose to withdraw after 14 days from the initial payment, or after beginning the visa process, are not eligible for any reimbursement.
